Full install for Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Codex and more

For these tools init writes everything into the tool’s own user-level folder, so every repository you open gets it:

npx -y @event4u/agent-config init --yes --global --tools=claude-code,cursor

Use the tool id from the tab below in --tools. After installing, reload the tool once so it reads the new files.

Claude Code

Id: claude-code · Folder: ~/.claude/

• ~/.claude/skills/ — skills
• ~/.claude/commands/ — slash commands; grouped ones run as /group:action
• ~/.claude/rules/ — the always-on rules and the rules that load on demand
• ~/.claude/personas/ — review lenses
• ~/.claude/settings.json — the checks that run as hooks are registered here

Can it block? Yes — the only tool where a few checks can refuse an action, such as ending a turn on “done” when nothing was run.

Reload: start a new Claude Code session. Type / and look for work and commit.

The Claude Code marketplace plugin is only a pointer to this install; it carries no skills of its own.

Cursor

doctor compares what was installed with what is on disk and names the command that fixes any difference.
